Check in with clients via email

March 27th, 2007 by Chris Punke

One of the absolute best ways to reach your customers is through email. Your customers want to hear from you, and they want to know that you care about what’s important to them. By maintaining an email list of your clients, you can periodically check on them and how they’re doing. Initiate the conversation by offering a little bit of “what’s new with us” and share some details that are of interest to your customers, maybe even a little personal stuff too. Then, be sure to ask how they are doing, how they like your product or service, ask them what is new with them and if there is anything you can do to help. A little conversation can go a long way in building and maintaining good relationships.
